Ms. Wu, who has been engaged in career planning for public welfare for 9 years, gave a lecture to the students。
In the career planning, teacher Wu Xiaoda mainly tells from three aspects: cognition of oneself, cognition of career, and understanding of employment path。She emphasizes that the starting point of career planning is to know yourself, and self-assessment is a key step that helps individuals gain insight into their inner world and identify their core values, interests and passions。She also proposed that students can choose occupations and industries that match their personality characteristics and interests, so as to give play to their advantages in work and maximize their personal value。At the same time, we can also develop targeted improvement plans for our own shortcomings, make up for our shortcomings through study and practice, and improve our professional competitiveness。
