Work requirement
(1) The theme of the work

(3) Original requirements
No part of the work shall infringe the copyright, trademark, other intellectual property or proprietary rights of a third party, has not participated in other selection activities, and has not been publicly published。The intellectual property rights (Copyrights) of the participating works belong to the original authors, and the Party and Mass Work Department of the University has the rights to publish, broadcast, promote, adapt and re-create the participating works, and has the right to use them for public welfare publicity free of charge at an appropriate time and in an appropriate way。

This collection of works will be selected: First prize works1, 3 second prize works, 6 third prize works, several excellence awards and organization awards。The first prize is 500 yuan or equivalent prize, the second prize is 300 yuan or equivalent prize, and the third prize is 100 yuan or equivalent prize。
Submission requirement
1.Video works: All exhibitor works shall be submitted in electronic format, with a resolution of no less than 1280*720 pixels, and the format shall be mainly high-definition universal format such as MP4。Animation works are made into GIF, SWF and other formats suitable for network playback。In principle, the duration of short videos should not exceed 2 minutes, and the duration of micro films should not exceed 5 minutes. The works should be sent to the submission email in the form of electronic zip package (with registration form)。
2.Painting and calligraphy works: the size of the exhibition works is four feet (vertical) and four feet square, if there are large works exhibitors need to contact the party work in advance。
3.Photographic works: All exhibitor works must be submitted in electronic format, JPG format, no less than 5MB。Photographic works submitted single, group photos (group photos refers to multiple photos to explain a theme, the number of each group is limited to 4 ~ 8), color, black and white can be。
4.The contributor shall guarantee that he is the author of the submitted work and has an independent and complete copyright of the work. The contributor shall also guarantee that the submitted work does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the third party, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, etc。Contributors shall bear all consequences and responsibilities arising from their manuscripts and contributions。
5.Party and Mass Work Department has the right to use it in the publicity of non-commercial activities such as holding exhibitions, touring exhibitions, media networks, etc. (Respect the signatory rights of exhibitors in the process of use)。
Exhibition and broadcast platform
