In order to promote the transformation of teaching results, the in-depth establishment of school-enterprise cooperation, further exploration of the new road of sports and tourism integration, and open up high-quality internship and employment channels for sports professionals in our college。On the morning of April 19, 2024, Vice President Yang Bo of our University, together with a delegation from the School of Health Management, conducted a symposium with Wujiang Village Scenic Spot to visit enterprises and expand their post。

 

Tang Ting, Dean of the School of Health Management, Ding Cao, Secretary of the General Party Branch, Li Jian, director of the Leisure Sports Teaching and Research Office, and Yuan Yuan, counselor;Li Renjun, Director of Human Resources Department of Dingdu Group Co., LTD., and Yang Lu, recruitment manager of Guizhou Guiyao Tourism Development and Investment Co., LTD., attended the meeting。The two sides have carried out in-depth exchanges on school-place cooperation, application-oriented personnel training mode for sports majors, school-running characteristics and enterprise characteristics。

Vice President Yang Bo made a detailed introduction on the history of our school, the nature of the school, the organizer and other school profiles;Dean Tang Ting explained the basic situation of the six majors of the School of Health Management and the "3+1" applied talent training model;Teacher Ding Cao briefly introduced the basic situation of students in our college;Mr. Li Jian gave a brief overview of the training program and professional construction of leisure sports major in our college,The characteristic skill training of outdoor special class is discussed,Including students to rock climbing and other high-altitude projects and rescue integration of the growth system were detailed introduction。

 

Li Renjun introduced the scale construction, management mode, investment and culture of the enterprise and the promotion mechanism of the enterprise。It is reported that the company's current operating system has been mature scenic spots mainly concentrated in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas, such as Wuzhen and other places。Yang Lu introduced the integration system of enterprises to encourage talents from internship to employment, which can make students fully understand the hard and soft environment of enterprises, and effectively reduce the "awkward period" of students moving from school to the workplace.。

The two sides conducted an in-depth discussion on the current situation of talent vacancies in enterprises。Li Renjun highly recognized the "3+1" applied talent training model of our school, and said that enterprises in Guizhou and Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas of employment interaction space is large, hoping to attract a group of innovative, composite, applied talents of our school。

At the meeting, the two sides reached an agreement that they hope to carry out in-depth cooperation in the future in the "3+1" practice and training base, student internship and employment, and achieve two-way "going" between schools and enterprises.。
