At the exchange meeting, the relevant person in charge of Ingma Human Resources Co., Ltd. introduced the basic situation of the enterprise and the layout of the core industry in detail, and put forward valuable suggestions on how to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and expand talent employment channels。At the same time, the company said that it hopes to reach an in-depth cooperation consensus with our school in skills training, graduate internship, campus recruitment, platform construction, service mechanism and other aspects, and jointly build a new model of "school-enterprise" education。Zhu Chenglong and Guo Dongyue (Employment Specialist, School of Economics and Management) agreed with Ingmar's proposal, and looked forward to closer and pragmatic cooperation between the two sides to jointly contribute to the cultivation of outstanding talents and promote local economic and social development。
