This lecture invited Professor Wu Tianxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and president of Guizhou Food Engineering Vocational College。Professor Wu Tianxiang is a national specially invited liquor judge of China Wine Association, an expert of the National Liquor and Processed Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, an international judge of the Brussels International Liquor Grand Prix in Belgium, and a well-known liquor expert in Guizhou Province。Also invited the national second-class wine taster, Guizhou liquor professional skills competition referee, wine technology professional teacher Zhou Jing to participate。There were also Tang Ting, director of the Department of Health Management, Ding Cao, secretary of the General Party Branch of the Department of Health Management, Tang Xue, director of the Department of Biology Teaching and Research, Xing Ying, and Xu Zhao Xin, full-time teachers of the department of Biology Teaching and Research。
Professor Wu Tianxiang introduced the history of various wines, the way of brewing, taste, degree and so on。This paper not only introduces the difference between different kinds of domestic liquor, but also introduces the difference between foreign liquor and Chinese liquor, and makes a detailed explanation from the aspects of color, raw materials, brewing methods and taste。Practice is the only criterion to test truth, and liquor evaluation is a course that needs a lot of practice。After Professor Wu Tianxiang's explanation, Teacher Zhou Jing will explain how to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application and consolidate the professional knowledge learned。There is also a wine tasting session in this lecture. Our department has prepared several kinds of white spirits for students to taste and apply theoretical knowledge to practice。The students were enthusiastic, and everyone carefully tasted, distinguished the type of wine, and shared their own feelings。
