Article 11 Adhere to the principle of open, fair and just admission, based on the results of the national unified admission examination of ordinary institutions of higher learning, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the recruitment administrative departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central government), comprehensively evaluate the virtues, intelligence and physical fitness, and select the best admission。

Article 12 The principle of voluntary priority shall be adopted in the admission of majors。That is, the school selects the best candidates in the order of professional volunteers。When the candidates can not meet the professional volunteers, if they do not obey the adjustment, they will be withdrawn;If you comply with the transfer, you will be transferred to other majors from high to low scores according to the candidates' scores。

Article 14 Language requirements Only English language candidates are admitted, and English is used as the public foreign language teaching language after entering the school。

   Candidates should participate in the college entrance examination organized by their provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government), and their scores should meet the control scores of relevant majors defined by the enrollment administrative departments of the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central government)。

Professional achievement

   The results of Guizhou Fine Arts major unified examination shall prevail for candidates in the province;Students from outside the province recognized candidates' art major unified examination results (if no unified examination is organized, the fine art examination results organized by Guizhou University in the province are recognized)

Admission rules

   In the comprehensive assessment of economics, morality, intelligence and physical fitness, the professional scores are selected from high to low on the cultural examination admission score line determined by the Guizhou Provincial Admission Examination Institute in the province and the cultural examination admission score line determined by the local provincial admission examination institute outside the province。Candidates with the same professional scores will be selected according to the order of academic scores from high to low。

Chapter VI Academic degree conferring

Article 20 Students who complete the content of the teaching plan within the prescribed period of time and meet the graduation requirements shall be issued a graduation certificate of Mingde College of Guizhou University recognized by the State, registered by the Ministry of Education and electronically registered with academic qualifications, and stamped with Mingde College of Guizhou University。Those who meet the requirements for degree awarding shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Mingde College of Guizhou University。
