Enterprise management laboratoryIt is a public laboratory open to all teachers and students of the School of Economics and Management, under the management of the School of Economics and Management。The laboratory has one computer room with a total fixed asset value of about 700,000 yuan and a total area of about 100 square meters。The laboratory is equipped with advanced computer equipment, professional software system, simulation sand table and other teaching facilities, providing students with a comprehensive experimental platform integrating theoretical learning and practical operation。
The laboratory mainly carries out experimental teaching in the following three aspects:
1. Innovative thinking training
The innovative thinking training course is composed of three modules, including innovative sub-ability training, innovative tools and methods training and innovative comprehensive training, forming a sound multi-dimensional training system。
(1) Innovative sub-ability training starts from helping students to understand their own thinking inertia, and successively trains the sub-abilities that are closely related to innovative thinking, such as connection, observation, questioning, divergence and reverse。Through in-class, out-of-class, online and offline innovation task training and communication, students can imperceptitiously cultivate and enhance relevant awareness and ability, and promote the comprehensive development of comprehensive innovation ability。
(2) The training module of innovative tools and methods aims to improve the efficiency of students' innovative thinking and enhance the direction of innovation divergence。It mainly includes training of typical tools and methods such as mind mapping, six thinking hats, brainstorming, World Cafe, and TRIZ。
(3) The comprehensive innovation training module improves the practical application ability of students' innovative thinking by setting comprehensive innovation tasks in the three fields of business, art and science and technology, and enables students to realize the differences between innovative activities in different fields。
2. Entrepreneurial simulation training
The "Entrepreneur" simulation training system focuses on the three core elements of entrepreneurial resources, projects and abilities。By simulating the overall operation process of an enterprise, students need to analyze the external environmental conditions and resource strength of the enterprise, formulate the overall strategic plan, make decisions in production, sales, marketing, finance, research and development, etc., and compete in customers, market share, technological innovation, profits, etc。
The system mainly includes the following functional modules:
(1) Entrepreneurship test: Students will assess their entrepreneurial potential, and the assessment results will affect all subsequent links。
(2) Build a team: Build an entrepreneurial team according to the characteristics of each member, and the evaluation results of the members will affect the entrepreneurial potential indicators of the team。
(3) Business plan: under the preset market background, combined with the characteristics of the team to develop a business plan。
(4) Business registration: Simulate the choice of company registration place, and experience the impact of different choices on operating costs, human resources, and brand image。
(5) Operation practice: simulated management of regional market, business operation, internal management, financial management, etc., and generated data reports。
