On May 27, 2024, the school Youth League Committee organized the community Management Department to conduct a safety hazard investigation and health surprise inspection of the community activity classrooms。It is intended to eliminate safety hazards through inspection, improve the overall health level of the community, and create a safe and orderly environment for community activities。
Through this investigation, the main problems found are:
1. There are sofabed, rollaway bed and other items in some activity classrooms (removal within a time limit). Club members are strictly prohibited to stay overnight in the activity classroom;
2.Some clubs shielded the doors and Windows of the activity classrooms;
3.Some associations have problems with the use of high-power electrical appliances (heaters, etc.);
4.The club activity venue is dirty and bad, there are cigarette butts in the aisle;
5.There are flammable objects and sundries piled up in some clubs' activity rooms and aisles。

The organizations that reported criticism were:
1. Animation club (flammable materials such as wigs are stacked, and the security risks are larger;There are high-power electrical appliances such as heaters;Some students are staying in the activity room)
2, singing club (poor health check, garbage pile, high-power electrical appliances)
The school Youth League Committee will follow up with surprise inspections from time to time, hoping that the societies will seize the time to rectify, and the societies that still do not change after the warning will cancel their activity venues。
