Each graduating class:

1. Selection objects and recommended quota
The selection object of the provincial outstanding graduates is the graduates of our school in 2024, and the School of Economics and Management has selected and recommended 20 people。
2. Selection conditions
(1) Having a correct and firm political stance, good moral character, consciously practicing the socialist core values, exemplary compliance with laws and regulations, civic moral code of conduct and school rules and regulations, civilized behavior, honesty and trustworthiness。
(2) Love learning, strive to master scientific and cultural knowledge and professional skills, excellent academic performance, outstanding performance in learning process, academic research, scientific and technological activities, skills competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship, willing to help students make progress together。
(3) Actively participate in the activities carried out by the school, department and class, actively participate in public welfare activities, love the collective, respect the old and cherish the young, have a love of labor, hard work, pioneering and innovative spirit, can use the knowledge to analyze and solve problems, have outstanding performance and deeds。
(4) have a healthy physique and good psychological quality, have a healthy lifestyle and good health habits, and meet the good standards of the National Physical Health Standards for Students;Have a positive, healthy, upward spirit。
(5) Having a correct view of career choice and the idea of actively contributing to society。Have a correct view of career choice and actively contribute to the thought of society。During the school period, I have excellent academic performance and outstanding deeds, and the comprehensive assessment results during the school period ranked more than 10% in the class (the same grade and the same major)。

3. Selection requirements
(1) Strict work discipline and standardized selection procedures
The selection activity is an important work to implement quality education for students and promote the construction of school style and study style, and all classes should attach great importance to it and strengthen publicity。The selection work should be carried out under the leadership of the Party and government of the college, strengthen leadership, strictly check and ensure quality。Each department should adhere to the principle of "openness, fairness and fairness", compare the selection conditions one by one, comprehensively investigate the performance of the selection objects in all aspects, widely solicit opinions from all aspects, and carefully select outstanding university graduates recognized by the majority of teachers and students。
The college will conduct the selection and publicity according to the selection criteria and combined with the actual situation。If there is fraud or violation of rules, the recommended person will be disqualified, the relevant parties will be investigated for responsibility, and the recommended department or class will be notified of the situation。
(2) Conscientiously carry out the selection work
Each class will recommend excellent students according to the regulations of the school, and the school will organize an evaluation meeting (the evaluation meeting should be attended by department leaders, teacher representatives and student representatives). First, it will review whether the recommended objects meet the required conditions, focusing on reviewing the award certificates of the recommended objects or doing other investigations。The second is to review whether the recommendation form is filled in properly and whether the information is accurate;Third, in principle, the candidates for publicity should be selected from the qualified recommended objects in an equal amount;The fourth is to publicize as required;Fifth, the public candidates with no objections will be formally recommended, and the college will form a recommendation report to the school。
4. Selection procedure
(1) The student shall submit the application according to the assessment conditions and be recommended by the class, and each department shall fill in the Registration Form for Outstanding Graduates of Guizhou Colleges and Universities in 2024 after preliminary examination (Attachment 3, paper version in duplicate, printed front and back).。
(2) Each secondary college carries out publicity (3 days), and after there is no objection to the publicity, it shall report to the student Affairs Office in the form of a report。
(3) The Student Affairs Office will review the materials submitted by each department and report them to the school Party Committee for review. After the school Party Committee has reviewed and no objection, it will be publicized in the whole school (5 working days).。After no objection is publicized, it shall be reported to the provincial Education Department office before April 12。
5. Requirements for reporting materials
1.Students selected by the class for evaluation should submit electronic file and paper file materials "Attachment 3: Registration Form for Outstanding Graduates of Guizhou Provincial Colleges and Universities in 24th (Provincial)" in duplicate，Reverse printing，Fill it out according to the template，It should be submitted to Teacher B205 Mo Jianwu in the office before March 20，Note: The photo on the application form is red or blue，Not printable in black and white，Please fill in strictly according to the requirements of Attachment 5)。
2.Each class monitor sends electronic file attachment 2: Summary Table of Outstanding Graduates of Guizhou Colleges and Universities in 2017 (provincial level)。And send to the assistant of Department of Economics and Management QQ (qq:1052696155) before March 19..
3.Please select qualified students according to the requirements of the documents, to be applied by the students, class review, class publicity without objection, submitted to the college review and publicity。
