In order to further strengthen the comprehensive management of the campus surrounding environment, solidly promote the comprehensive management of hidden dangers around the campus, create a harmonious, healthy and safe education environment, and ensure the food and travel safety of teachers and students。On May 24, 2024, the Security Department, Logistics Department and Student Affairs Department of our University, together with the 1st Traffic Police Detachment of Guian New District Public Security Bureau and the 3rd Comprehensive Administrative Law enforcement Detachment, held a symposium on the comprehensive management of the campus surrounding environment in the 1st conference room on the 5th floor of the Library。Huang Xiaoru, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Zhou Wenjuan, Director of Finance, attended the meeting。

At the meeting, the current situation of the campus surrounding environment and the existence of"Difficulties" and "pain points" listed "problem list", for food safety hazards, traffic safety hazards, gas tank use safety hazards, campus surrounding environmental health and other aspects of in-depth exchanges。

At the meeting, it was clear that first, comprehensive law enforcement departments should increase law enforcement efforts and take rectification workUnder the principle of "combination of dredging, focusing on sparse and persuasion first", a fixed area will be set up opposite the ASEAN Convention Center for mobile vendors to operate, strict relevant standards, legal qualification review, encourage and guarantee the normal operation of legal stalls, and bring more convenience to students。Second, the school set up a crosswalk next to the school gate bus stop, set up traffic lights and traffic lights, and install a vehicle parking capturing system。Third, schools, as education departments, should strengthen publicity and education, publicize and popularize food safety knowledge, improve students' awareness of prevention, discrimination and self-protection ability, and guide students to change unhealthy eating habits and behaviors。
