On May 11, the Teaching and Research Office held the school-level selection of the 7th Young Teachers Teaching Competition in the Wisdom Teaching Room E303, E Teaching Building。The competition hired experienced experts in the province's university teaching competition to serve as judges。The competition was presided over by Wang Zhikang, Director of the Department of Teaching and Research, Tang Jianrong, principal (chief expert in school governance), Luo Weidong, vice principal, and representatives of teachers from various schools (departments) participated in the competition。



In the competition, the participating teachers fully graspDuring the 20-minute exhibition time, they fully demonstrated the superb teaching skills and positive spirit of the young teachers in our school with rich teaching content, wonderful classroom design, scientific and rigorous teaching methods, vivid and smooth language expression and steady and confident teaching posture。They not only imparted knowledge, but also deeply infected every audience with their passionate teaching attitude, and won wide praise from everyone。

The experts affirmed the teachers' careful teaching and presentation, and made on-site comments on teaching content design, blackboard display, curriculum thinking and politics, teaching interaction, content depth, teaching language and teaching mode, teaching innovation and other aspects。



This young teachers' teaching competition activity not only built a platform for young teachers to learn from each other, promote each other and show their style, but also played a role in guiding young teachers in our school to focus on classroom teaching and improve the teaching level and quality"Promoting teaching by competition and promoting reform by competition" inspires and encourages young teachers to devote themselves to teaching and study teaching, which plays a positive role in improving the quality of classroom teaching and the development of teachers' quality。


After the competition, the Teaching Research Office will invite experts from outside the school to polish and guide the teacher materials for the provincial competition, and strive to make a breakthrough in the 7th Young Teachers' Teaching Competition in Guizhou Province。
