Work arrangement of mid-term teaching inspection of School of Economics and Management in the second semester of 2023-2024 academic year
According to the arrangement of teaching operation and quality control of the school, the relevant work of teaching inspection in the second semester of the school year 2023-2024 is arranged as follows:
First, check the time
May 7 - May 17, 2024 (Weeks 10-11)。
2. Check the content
(1) Teaching operation
1. Classroom teaching: Through comprehensive lectures to understand the teaching progress, teaching content, teaching methods and means, teaching style and learning style of teachers, focusing on the inspection of students' arrival to class and teachers' teaching manners, classroom teaching organization and management。
2. The organization and implementation of mid-term assessment (the specific assessment form is determined by the course teacher), and the course homework correction of the course teacher (there are at least two homework correction records before the mid-term inspection of each course)。
3. Review the feedback of routine teaching inspection。
(2) Practical teaching
1. Comprehensively check the implementation of the experimental teaching plan in this semester, the guidance of the experimental teachers, the completion and review of the experimental report, and report the summary to the practice and training center。
2. Check the internship situation of graduates of the class of 2024, and check the internship quality of graduates of the class of 2024。
(3) Teaching management
1. Comprehensively check the opening of courses specified in the training program and the approval of course adjustment。
2. Organize lectures and teaching research activities。All teaching and research departments are requested to organize responsible persons, full-time and part-time teachers to conduct lectures, teaching and research activities。
3. Sorting and archiving of teaching archives。The teaching outline, teaching calendar (teaching plan), teaching plan, student homework correction, final exam papers of last semester, retaking vacation exam papers, graduation thesis (design) and other documents formed in the teaching process。
4. Activities of the teaching and Research section。Comprehensively check the implementation of our department's teaching and research activities, teachers' participation in teaching and research activities, and make a good record of the activities。
5. Teachers' and students' representatives' seminars organized by each teaching and research office。Actively listen to teachers and students on teaching opinions and suggestions。
Third, inspection methods
(1) Self-examination stage
1. From May 7 to May 17, the teaching progress, teaching content, teaching methods and means, teaching style and learning style of each class were investigated。
2. Organize and hold seminars for teachers and student representatives to understand the teaching operation and solicit opinions and suggestions from teachers and students on improving teaching work。
3. Organize full-time teachers to go deep into the classroom to understand the teaching situation, and the number of lectures of full-time teachers shall not be less than 2 times。
4. Check the planning and implementation of my department's teaching and research activities and the implementation of the course syllabus。
4. Job requirements
1. During the teaching inspection, all full-time and part-time teachers should actively cooperate with the inspection work and provide relevant teaching materials in a timely manner。
2. Members of the supervision group of our college should attach great importance to this mid-term teaching inspection and make objective and fair evaluation of teachers' teaching with a serious and responsible attitude。
3. After the inspection, our college will summarize the situation of the mid-term teaching inspection carried out in this semester, find the problems and put forward the improvement measures and opinions。
