At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Zhang Peng, general secretary of the Civil Engineering Group, gave an opening speech, emphasizing that career planning has important guiding significance for our future development。The purpose of the lecture is to provide you with a special session to understand and master the direction of career planning, to help you understand yourself more clearly and plan your career development path. Finally, Professor Huang Xiaoru, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of our university, was invited to give a lecture for us. The lecture began with lively applause。

At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Huang Xiaoru first explained the road to the future, how to embrace the future, and how to embrace the futureThe current economic situation and employment situation are analyzed。Professor Huang XiaoruThree years of epidemic and the world's traditional education system make the economy in the trough, the traditional education system to cultivate talents and enterprise talent needs do not match, social demand can not catch up with the growth rate of graduates, students' psychological expectations and market demand dislocation and other problems。In the current society, only by making career planning as soon as possible, recognizing oneself, and constantly exploring effective ways or ways to develop one's own potential can one accurately grasp the direction of life and shape a successful life。
