Promoting teaching by competition and learning by competition -- our students actively participated in the 15th National Mathematics Competition for College Students

     At 9:00am on November 11, our school organized students to participate in the preliminary competition of the 15th National Mathematics Competition for College Students in Guizhou。Sponsored by Guizhou Provincial Mathematical Society, the competition is divided into A and B categories for mathematics majors and A and B categories for non-mathematics majors。This year, our school has four examination rooms, three non-mathematics A class (engineering class), one non-mathematics B class (management class), a total of 130 students registered for the competition。

 

    

      The Teaching and Research Department of our university and the Mathematics Teaching and Research Department of the Department of Information Engineering made a thorough deployment and arrangement for the preparatory work before the competition。In the competition, the invigilator teachers are serious and responsible, the candidates race against time, work hard, calm, and strive to overcome every problem, showing our school's good work style and style of study。

     This competition is another important measure for our school to continue to promote the effective integration of theory classroom and discipline competition, and continuously consolidate students' comprehensive application of core abilities, build a platform for students to show, learn and communicate, effectively promote the gradual formation of students' mathematical core literacy, and lay a foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents in our school。
