According to the work needs, the library is now open to the recruitment of full-time undergraduate students in the library若干，The details are as follows:

1. Recruitment conditions

(2) good at learning, learning power, with a healthy body and strong psychological quality;

(3) can ensure normal duty, and work in the post for more than half a year;

(4) have served as the main student leader, class performance is preferred;

二、Job duties of each floor assistant

1、All the assistants must abide by the regulations of the library management, the rules and regulations of the library and the arrangements of the teachers；

2、Dedication, duty personnel resolutely eliminate the occurrence of the situation of leaving the post；

3、Do a good job of bookshelf and library housekeeping；

Third, post treatment

(1) The term of appointment shall be six months and the probation period shall be one month。Those who perform well during the probation period will be retained。

(2) The assistant management shall implement the examination system。由各层The teacher will assess the work performance of the assistant manager, and the qualified person will be given a monthly work subsidy according to the relevant regulations。
