1. Compensation object

According to relevant national policies and provisions, After 2013 (including 2013) regular university students who are recruited for compulsory military service may apply。Graduates who recruit non-commissioned officers directly after 2015 (including 2015) can apply。According to the situation of our school, it mainly includes:

1.Current students and fresh graduates who will join the army in 2020;

2.College students who will recruit non-commissioned officers in 2020

3.Retired students returning to school in autumn 2020;

4.Graduates and students who failed to report when they joined the army from 2013 to 2019;

5.Retired school students who have been employed independently for more than one year。

2. Compensation standard

Students who enlisted for compulsory military service after July 1, 2014 and who have returned to school after serving compulsory military service，The standards for tuition compensation, national student loan compensation and tuition remission for retirement and return to school are,The maximum amount of application for full-time college students shall not exceed 8,000 yuan per person per year，The tuition fee standard is less than 8,000 yuan, according to the actual fee application;The maximum annual application amount for each full-time graduate student is not more than 12,000 yuan，The tuition fee standard is less than 12,000 yuan, according to the actual fee application。

Report the students who joined the army and returned to school after retirement in the previous yearIn accordance with the old standards。

Three, the compensation period

The number of years for which the State compensates the tuition fees for graduates and students of ordinary universities who serve compulsory military service, and the number of years for students who retire and return to school, shall be calculated on the basis of the corresponding standards for the length of schooling set by the State。If the number of years is lower than that specified in the corresponding school system, the actual study time shall be calculated;If the number of years specified in the corresponding school system is higher, it shall be calculated according to the number of years specified in the school system。According to the time of enlistment, the prescribed years of school system that should be reached before enlistment are the tuition compensation years;For the number of years of tuition subsidy for retired students, the number of years of the remaining school system after returning to school is the number of years of tuition subsidy。

四、Application and review process

(a) The tuition compensation process for fresh graduates (including graduates of the next year) and current students

1.According to the types of applications, fill in and print the Application Form for National Education Aid Ⅰ for Students of Military Service Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as "Application Form Ⅰ") online on the National Recruitment website http://www.gfbzb.gov.cn/ ）;

2.Send the "Application Form I" to the school finance office and the student Affairs Office for seal;

3.Students shall submit the original "Application Form I", copy of the "Recruitment Notice", copy of ID card, copy of student ID card, and ICBC bank card after examination and seal by the county-level conscription office before November 29, 2020(Other banks also work.)Photocopy andCopy of graduation certificate(Students do not need to provide a copy of their graduation certificate). Students who apply for loan repayment should also provide a copy of the National Student Loan Loan Contract and a one-time loan repayment plan signed by them。Submitted to Student Affairs Office (Library5 / F), which will be reviewed and summarized by the Student Affairs Office and submitted to the Student Financial Aid Management Center;

4.The Student Financial Assistance Management Center shall report to the Financial Assistance Office of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, which shall carry out follow-up work such as tuition compensation, loan compensation or tuition remission after review。

(2) Application process for tuition assistance for retired and re-enrolled students

1.According to the types of applications, fill in and print the Application Form for National Education Aid II for Military Service College Students online (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form II) on the National Recruitment website: http://www.gfbzb.gov.cn/ ）;

2.Send the "Application Form II" to the Finance Office of the College and the student Affairs Office for seal;

3.Students will be audited and stamped by the county-level conscription office before November 29, 2020, the original "Application Form II", a copy of the "discharge card", a copy of the ID card, a copy of the student ID card, retired students need to provide independent employment of retired soldiers identity proof。Submit to the Student Affairs Office (5th Floor, Library) for review and summary by the Student Affairs Office and then submit to the Student Financial Aid Management Center;

4.The Student Financial Assistance Management Center shall report to the Financial Assistance Office of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, which shall carry out follow-up work such as tuition compensation, loan compensation or tuition remission after review。

5. Review and record materialsSubmit relevant requirements

All departments are requested to actively publicize the policy so that conscripts and former soldiers and students are informed of the conditions, standards and procedures for receiving assistance in a timely manner。

6. Submission method and deadline

(1) Each department shall collect the materials according to the above requirements and submit them to the Student Affairs Office(All materials are in duplicate);At the same time, sort according to the list number, and submit the following materials (Electronic document）：

4.Detailed List of Tuition Compensation Loans for Non-Commissioned Officers Directly Enrolled by XX College of Guizhou University in 2020 (see Annex 6)。
