4. Recruitment procedures

(1) Submit the application for employment

(2) Professional ability test and interview

The professional ability test and interview of candidates are organized and conducted by Mingde College of Guizhou University under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors。The time and place of professional ability test and interview will be notified by the college。

The professional ability test is divided into trial lecture, practical operation or exam according to different positions. After passing the professional ability test, you will enter the interview。

The interview is mainly about"Three forces" interview mainly, including professional ability interview, working ability interview, career potential interview。

1.Professional competence interview。The interview content is based on the background of the job and the professional knowledge learned, and the relevant job skills, knowledge level and work experience are assessed。

2.Work ability interview。Mainly from the communication and expression ability, team consciousness, initiative, service consciousness and other aspects of the assessment。

3.Career potential interview。Mainly from the candidate's thinking and analysis ability, cooperation ability, training and development potential and other aspects of assessment。

(3) political examination and physical examination

According to the interview results, for candidates who meet the needs of the job, the college will determine the political examination and physical examination personnel according to the number of recruitment plans for a single job from high to low according to the total score, and notify the candidates themselves。

Political review to the school(fresh graduates) or the place of domicile issued materials, political review materials include the applicant's ideological and political quality during the study, compliance with the law, personal integrity, whether there is improper speech, religious belief and participation in religious activities and other comprehensive performance inspection。In addition, a certificate of no criminal record shall be issued at the place of residence。

Participants must bring their ID cards and go to the designated hospital of Mingde College for physical examination as required。The cost of physical examination shall be borne by the applicant。Those who do not attend the physical examination as required will be deemed to have given up automatically。

(4) Determine the candidates to be hired

According to the applicant"Three Forces" interview and physical examination results to determine the proposed hire。Those who fail the political examination and physical examination shall be made up according to the total score of the comprehensive interview。The personnel to be employed must meet the requirements of the position to be employed, and the employment requirements shall not be reduced。

(5) Go through the employment procedures

After the applicant is submitted to the College for approval, the applicant shall go through the approval and employment procedures according to the regulations。All prospective employees must submit the required materials after receiving the appointment notice. If they fail to submit the relevant certification materials of the qualifications required for the recruitment post on time, the College has the right to cancel the appointment qualification。

V. Employment and treatment

The college will sign a labor contract for those who are confirmed to be employed and implement a probation period of six months. The employment contract will be terminated if the employee fails to pass the assessment after the probation period expires。The hired personnel belong to the establishment of Mingde College of Guizhou University (not the establishment of career) and enjoy the treatment of the new mechanism of Mingde College。
