2019With the May Day holiday just around the corner,In order to further enhance students' safety awareness and self-protection ability,To ensure the safety of students and the stability of the campus during the holidays, we hereby notify the safety education and management of students during the May Day holiday as follows:

Second, to carry out holiday safety education。

Before the holiday, all departments through the form of themed class meetings, students are comprehensively carried out personal safety, property safety, especially to strengthen food safety, traffic safety, drowning safety, fire safety, theft prevention and fraud and other aspects of safety education, constantly strengthen students' safety awareness, improve self-prevention ability。

1. Enhance awareness of personal and property safety

Guide students to protect their personal and property safety during holidays。Use the Internet and other new media tools correctly, civilized Internet, do not indulge in games, do not believe in unknown sources of phone calls, text messages, do not easily disclose their personal information。Refuse campus network loans, routine loans。It is strictly prohibited to participate in illegal pyramid selling activities, beware of being cheated in part-time social activities such as tutoring, and prevent Internet fraud。Go home and go out to play to abide by social morality, abide by social public order, do civilized college students, show personal good style。   

(2) Strengthen the awareness of fire prevention and theft

Students should strictly abide by the dormitory management regulations of the school, and it is strictly forbidden to use illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory, burning candles, and staying with outsiders。Those who violate the rules will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of Students of Mingde College of Guizhou University (Trial)。Students who live on campus should lock doors and Windows when they go out, properly store valuables, and improve safety awareness。When going out, take care of your personal belongings and do not go to crowded places。

(3) Enhance traffic safety awareness

Guide students to pay attention to traffic safety when going out to visit, travel, and visit relatives during the holidays, remind students not to take transport vehicles with safety risks when going out, do not take three no vehicles, go together when going out, in case of emergencies, to contact parents and counselors at the first time。

(4) Enhance time management awareness

Especially remind students to arrange their vacation life in a reasonable and orderly way。Educate and guide students to reasonably arrange their study and life during the holidays, so as to combine work and rest with relaxation。Students who go home buy a round trip ticket in advance。Make sure you return to school on time after vacation。

(5) In hot and dry weather, swimming in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and swimming pools without safety measures is strictly prohibited。Electricity safety, fire safety, swimming safety, food safety, etc. should be the focus of safety education。Students are warned not to go out to explore undeveloped tourist spots, sightseeing, sightseeing。

(6) Without approval, students shall not be organized to travel together, and students shall not be organized to participate in assembly, procession, sit-in, demonstration and other activities。Without permission, no posters, banners, slogans, etc. in any form shall be posted or hung, and no speech shall be spread on the Internet that is not conducive to stability and unity。

(7) Remind students to cut off all power and water sources, take valuables away and lock doors and Windows when they leave the dormitory。Do not take "three no" vehicles, and do not have too much contact with strangers on the way home and back to school。Pay attention to the mental health of students, and do early detection, early prevention and early rescue for students with psychological problems。It is necessary to focus on the study and life of students with family economic difficulties, emotional problems, interpersonal communication obstacles, family changes, employment pressure, and physical disorders during the holidays, and actively guide them to self-psychological adjustment。Strengthen education on laws and regulations for students。During the May Day, when visiting relatives and friends or gathering with classmates and friends, we must abide by laws and regulations, and our words and deeds should reflect the good spirit of contemporary college students。

（八）Learn the basic knowledge of the fight against crime and evil。Focus on the analysis of "campus loan", "routine loan", pyramid selling, campus student bullying, infringement on the personal and property safety of teachers and students, disrupting the order of education and teaching and other typical cases, effectively prevent the majority of teachers and students to participate in the crime of evil forces。

Third, timely grasp the student dynamics, do a good job in student registration

(1) Each department shall do a good job of registration and related education of students leaving school during the holidays, such as going home or going out, and require students to fill in the "Student Vacation destination form", pay attention to safety during the trip, return to school on time, and keep communication open。

(2) We should strictly implement the system of students' leave and sale of leave, do a good job in the statistics of students' leaving and returning to school, grasp the dynamics of students' whereabouts, and make students' places clear and have a clear idea。We should strengthen the management of students in detention to ensure their stability and stability。

Iv. Work requirements and precautions

(1) All departments should attach great importance to and effectively do a good job in the safety education and management of students during the holiday, with prevention as the priority, effective measures and clear responsibilities。Teachers on duty should strengthen the life care, safety education and management of school students during the holidays。

(2) During the holidays, all teachers on duty should improve their awareness, enhance their sense of responsibility and consciousness, overcome paralysis and fluke, ensure that people are on duty during the shift, and timely report to the student office and the relevant departments of the college。The person responsible for the work of students in each department, the counselor and the class teacher should keep the mobile phone unblocked。

(3) To educate students to strictly abide by the regulations of dormitory management during the holidays, work and rest on time, prohibit cooking in the dormitory, do not use candles, do not drink and make trouble, do not stay outside, and prevent group rowdy。When students leave the dormitory, they must close the doors and Windows, cut off the power supply, and prevent the occurrence of theft and fire。

(4) Timely report to the relevant departments of the College in case of emergencies, emergencies, important events, abnormal situations, etc。
