The members of the Chinese Communist Youth League are the representatives of advanced youth. They are young people who have ideals, dare to create, are positive and strive for their dreams。Establishing a team of league members who can play an advanced and exemplary role is an important embodiment of the combat effectiveness of the league organization, a basic guarantee for completing the tasks entrusted to the Communist Youth League by the Party, and a fundamental requirement for further doing youth mass work under the new situation and consolidating and expanding the youth mass base for the Party to govern。Therefore, to carry out this training, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、Training purpose

Through this training, members of our college are further encouraged to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of the Communist Youth League, deeply learn the scientific outlook on development, enhance the sense of social responsibility and historical mission of the youth members, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the league organization。

七、Training registration method

1. Each league branch recommends the registration form to the general League branch of each department, and the organization department of the general League branch of each department reports the registration form electronic file and paper file list to the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee of the college;

2. Student organizations at all levels shall submit their recommended personnel electronic files and paper file lists directly to the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee of the College。

Viii. Training precautions

1. Training conditions for trainees

（1) Candidates must be league members;

（2) Good academic performance, make up or retake no more than two subjects;

（3) No disciplinary punishment, good performance in all aspects;

（4) The students who participate in the training must be current student cadres (mainly league cadres: league branch secretary, organization committee member, publicity committee member;Strictly inspect the phenomenon of squad leader on the league, squad leader can only go to the league school)

2. Students prepare before class

（1) Each trainee submits two recent photos of a one-inch headless red background (approved by the Youth League Committee and submitted to the relevant person in charge after obtaining the training qualification)

（2) Each student should prepare a notebook, a letter pad and a file bag
