Modern Education Center is the core of the campus network and the hub of internal and external information exchange of our college. In order to ensure the safe operation of the campus network and better serve the teaching, publicity and management, this system is formulated:

1. The staff must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, carefully and conscientiously perform their duties, and ensure the normal, safe and reliable operation of the campus network system。

2. Non-modern education center staff are not allowed to enter the central computer room of the college campus network without authorization, and those who enter in special circumstances should be registered as required;If there are visitors, they must be approved by the relevant leaders。

3. The modern education center implements the working mode of 24-hour operation, and the network management personnel should be responsible for ensuring the normal operation of the campus network, and regularly check and repair the equipment。

4. Pay attention to the safety protection of the network equipment room, and effectively do a good job of fire prevention, anti-theft, anti-leak, dust, anti-static, anti-overheating, anti-lightning strikes and other work. Close the doors and Windows of the equipment room when no one is in good condition。

5. Every day should do a comprehensive check of the website information, to ensure that the release of information is healthy and correct, and to do a good job of removing network viruses and preventing hackers from invading the work, to ensure the security of network information。

6. Make sure the network communication is smooth。After receiving a network fault report, if the reason is not machine equipment, the staff should ensure that the fault is eliminated within 24 hours, restore communication, and effectively provide good information flow services。

7. The modern Education Center implements an important situation reporting system, and in case of emergency, the staff should immediately report to the relevant leaders。

8. When anomalies or accidents are found, they should be handled and reported in time, and records should be made carefully to protect important confidential documents of the college from being lost。

9. According to the development of the school, actively provide the school leaders with the network center development plan and equipment addition plan, and be responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation after approval by the school。

10. Strictly observe the confidentiality system and protect the confidentiality of the college。使用InternetResources must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the state, shall not use the Internet to engage in activities unrelated to teaching, and some information of the college must be kept confidential。

11. Periodically remove viruses from computers and servers on the network。Upgrade the anti-virus software to ensure the security and normal operation of the network system。

12. Responsible for the construction and management of various educational resources on the school information platform (campus network)。

13. Network debugging, system maintenance, equipment repair and other work are completed by full-time management personnel, others are not allowed to handle alone。Maintenance personnel must strictly abide by the technical regulations to ensure personal and device safety。

15. Do not bring or store flammable, explosive, corrosive, or strongly magnetic objects in the main equipment room。

16. Without the approval of the relevant leaders, no one is allowed to move or take out of the equipment room。

17. Keep the environment clean, tidy, and quiet, and clean it regularly every week. Do not smoke or eat snacks in the network center room to ensure that network devices run in a good environment。
