    Article 1 This responsibility is formulated for strict examination room discipline, maintenance of examination room order, carrying forward the rigorous academic spirit of our school and cultivating students' good academic spirit。

    Article 2 The term "invigilator" as mentioned in this duty refers to the examiners and invigilators。Invigilator is an important part of teaching work. Invigilator is the law enforcer of national education examination in the examination room and the real and effective appraiser of the examination implementation, and should strictly perform the duties of invigilator。

    Article 3 The invigilator shall do all the preparatory work before the examination to verify whether the number of candidates is consistent with the number of papers。Invigilators should arrive at the test room 15 minutes in advance。Students are required to sit alone and clean up the waste paper and debris left around the seats.Put all items other than test equipment that students bring into the examination room on the platform;Check students' valid documents;Read out the « Examination Rules »;Announce exam notes。

    Article 4 Invigilators shall take up their posts with certificates, abide by the examination discipline, shall not leave the examination room without permission, shall not smoke, read books and newspapers, chat and laugh in the examination room or do anything unrelated to the invigilation, and shall not advance or delay the time。

    Article 5 The invigilator shall not give any explanation or hint to the contents of the examination questions. When students raise their hands to ask questions because the printing of the examination questions is not clear, they shall ask the examining teacher for instructions, and the examining teacher shall reply in public。

    Article 6 When the examinee is found to have the motive of violating discipline in the examination，An immediate warning should be issued，Stop it in time;When a candidate is found to have violated discipline，On-site suppression，Disqualify him from the examination，Recall the paper，Withdraw him from the test，Fill in the name of the candidate in the registration form，And indicate the violation of discipline in the examination paper;Found abnormal conditions must not spread，And immediately report to the Department of Teaching and research。

    Article 7 Invigilators shall submit to and accept the supervision and inspection of examination inspectors and actively cooperate with the work of examination inspectors。When the inspector finds that the candidate has violated the discipline, the invigilator shall immediately verify, deal with it in time and make a record。

    Article 8 When handing in a test paper, the invigilator shall require the examinee to put the test paper, test paper and rough paper on the table or to the designated place, and shall not take the test paper, test paper and rough paper out of the examination room. Only after the examination is correct can the examinee leave the examination room。

    Article 9 The invigilator shall tell the time to the students 15 minutes before the end of the exam。At the end of the examination, the invigilator shall count the number of examination papers to ensure that the number of recovered and issued papers is equal;The "Examination Room Registration Form" should be filled in carefully, one copy is retained with the examination paper, and one copy is submitted to the examination office。

    Article 11 These rules shall take effect from the date of promulgation and shall be interpreted by the Teaching and Research Department of the College。
