    These provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the management of multimedia classrooms, ensure the smooth progress of teaching, rationally utilize multimedia equipment, reduce the use cost, and better serve the teaching, scientific research and campus culture construction。 

  Article one Management subject

      (一)The Modern Educational Technology Center is responsible for the installation, maintenance and technical support of the equipment in the multimedia classroom。

      (二)The equipment and other fixed assets in the multimedia classroom are managed by the Modern Educational Technology Center。  

 Article 2 Multimedia classroom use application procedure 

  (A) All departments to carry out activities to apply for the use of multimedia classrooms or projectors, need to fill in the Temporary Use of classrooms application form, approved by the middle level leaders of the department and signed the agreement, submitted to the Department of Teaching and Research and modern Education Technology Center for approval。Student organizations (societies) to carry out activities to apply for the use of multimedia classrooms or projectors, department level by the department leadership approval, school level by the school Youth League committee leadership approval, and fill in the "application form" the name of the person in charge of the activity, department, class, contact phone number。 

  (2) The application form must be submitted to the Modern Education Technology Center for approval at least one working day in advance。The Modern Education Technology Center will decide whether to approve the application based on the teaching tasks and equipment conditions of the multimedia classroom。After the approval of the modern Education Technology Center, the classroom arrangement procedures will be handled by the Teaching and Research Department。 

       (3) In order to ensure normal teaching activities, in principle, the number of times each student organization (society) can apply for the use of multimedia classrooms per semester is2次。The multimedia classroom is not open to class organized activities。Student organizations (societies) applying to use multimedia classrooms or projectors must submit relevant documentsPPTAnd audiovisual materials shall be approved together。Only simple contentPPT(such as alternative banners, event agendas, program lists, etc.) The use of projectors is not approved。 

      (4) After the application for the use of multimedia classroom equipment is approved, the application form shall be submitted to the Teaching and Research Department and the Modern Education Technology Center。After approval, the time and place of the activity are not allowed to be changed without authorization. If there is any change, the teaching and Research Department shall reschedule the classroom and notify the classroom administrator in advance。 

  (5) Multimedia classroom opening hours:8:15-18:00In the evening, it is only open when necessary。 

  Article 3 Users shall comply with the following provisions 

       (1) Use multimedia equipment in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and do not move the console, equipment and wiring without authorization。 

       (2) After use, turn off the projector, amplifier and computer, cut off the power, lock the console, and fill in the Registration Form for Multimedia Classroom Use.。 

       (3) The user shall be responsible for the safety of the equipment during use。   

  (D) In case of equipment failure or other problems, do not change the hardware connection or Settings, please contact the management staff in time, do not handle without authorization。 

       (5) It is not allowed to install or uninstall the computer operating system or application software without authorization. If software is required for teaching, contact the management staff in advance。 

  Article 4 Daily maintenance and management 

      (A) Multimedia classroom equipment by the modern education Technology Center designated by the special person responsible for daily maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting。 

  (二) Administrator before class15Minutes to open the room, confirm that the equipment is intact;Check the equipment and usage records every day, and report the fault in time to ensure the normal teaching。

  Article 5 Multimedia Classroom Teacher Guidelines 

       (1) Teachers who use multimedia classrooms for classes must be trained by the Teaching and Research Department and the Modern Education Technology Center before using the teaching equipment in the classroom。  

       (2) The course teacher must teach in accordance with the class schedule arranged by the Teaching and Research Department, and shall not adjust the time or classroom without authorization。 

       (3) Teachers should take care of multimedia equipment。If the equipment and articles are damaged due to weak sense of responsibility and non-operation procedures, they shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school。  

       (4) After class, teachers should carefully fill in the Registration Form for the use of Multimedia classroom equipment. If they fail to fill in or do not fill in, they will not be dealt with in class and report to the relevant departments。  

       (5) Teachers shall not arbitrarily change, unplug the main control equipment and network lines, shall not arbitrarily borrow, take away equipment and accessories, and supervise students shall not take away any equipment and accessories in the room。  

       (6) Teachers shall not delete or change the system software, application software and set passwords at will。  

       (7) After the class, the teacher shall turn off the power supply of the equipment strictly according to the operating rules, and must not directly cut off the power supply。   

Article 6 Multimedia classroom Student Rules 

       (1) Obey the management of teachers and administrators, and speak civilly and politely。    

  (2) Observe discipline, listen carefully, and jointly maintain class order。 

  (3) Take good care of facilities and equipment and public property。Do not disassemble or take away any equipment or public property in the room。Those who damage equipment or public property shall be held accountable and compensated according to their circumstances。 

  (4) Keep the indoor environment clean, do not spit, do not smoke, do not litter, do not paint。  

  (5) Do not operate on the main console at will, press various switches and remote controls。The parties should be held responsible for any damage to the equipment。 

  (6) Smoking and food are not allowed in the classroom。 

  Article 7 The Modern Educational Technology Center is responsible for the interpretation of these regulations。
