4. Recruitment procedures

(1) Submit the application for employment

(2) Interview

The interview of candidates is organized and conducted by Mingde College of Guizhou University under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors。The time and place of the interview will be notified by the college。

The assessment mainly consists of"Three forces" interview mainly, including professional ability interview, working ability interview, career potential interview。

1. Professional competence interview。Professional interviewArranged by each department of Mingde College of Guizhou University, the interview content is based on the background of the position applied and the professional knowledge learned, and the relevant job skills, knowledge level and work experience are assessed。Full-time teacher candidates prepare a chapter of the teaching content of the major they apply for teaching design"Lecture" (lecture content includes teaching purpose and requirements, teaching content arrangement, classroom teaching joints and teaching methods, teaching time arrangement, etc.), and submit 3-5 copies of lecture draft。

2. Work ability interview。The interview of working ability is arranged by each department of the college, mainly from the aspects of communication and expression ability, team spirit, initiative, service consciousness and so on。

3. Career potential interview。The career potential interview is arranged by the Human Resources Department, and the college leaders participate in the interview, which mainly evaluates the candidates from the aspects of thinking and analyzing ability, cooperation ability, and cultivation and development potential。

(3) Physical examination

According to the interview results, for the candidates who meet the requirements of the job, the college will determine the number of candidates to participate in the physical examination according to the total score from high to low according to the recruitment plan for a single job, and notify the candidates themselves。

Participants must bring their ID cards and go to the designated hospital of Mingde College for physical examination as required。The cost of physical examination shall be borne by the applicant。Those who do not attend the physical examination as required will be deemed to have given up automatically。

(4) Determine the candidates to be hired

According to the applicant"Three Forces" interview and physical examination results to determine the proposed hire。Those who fail the physical examination shall be made up according to the total score of the comprehensive interview。The personnel to be employed must meet the requirements of the position to be employed, and the employment requirements shall not be reduced。

(5) Go through the employment procedures

After the applicant is submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, the applicant shall go through the approval and employment procedures as required。All prospective employees must submit the required materials after receiving the appointment notice. If they fail to submit the relevant certification materials of the qualifications required for the recruitment post on time, the College has the right to cancel the appointment qualification。

    V. Employment and treatment

The college will sign an employment contract for those who are confirmed to be hired, and the probation period will be six months.
