（6) Other events that are treated as major emergencies according to the circumstances。
2.Major Events (Class II)
（1) a number of participants 50 or more, less than 100 people, affecting the stability of the campus gathering petition, class strike, strike, etc., or a small number of people may go to the local and higher party and government organs to illegally gather or petition;
（2) Without approval, 20 or less people walk out of the school gate for a parade, assembly, hunger strike, sit-in, petition, etc.;
（3) Mass brawls involving 20 or more people or less than 50 people without causing casualties;
（4) There is a large range of serial, inciting and demagogic information on the campus network, and there is a trend of serial gathering outside the campus;
（5) Events in which 20 or more people participate in missionary activities on campus;
（6) Other events that should be treated as larger emergencies according to the circumstances。
3.General Event (Level III)
（1) The number of participants is less than 50, and the collective petition, petition, assembly and other events affecting the normal teaching, scientific research and life order of the college are carried out on campus;
（2) Mass brawls involving less than 20 people without causing casualties;
（3) Gathering in important places and key places on campus, and there are obvious excessive behaviors;

6. Response and disposal
